BHL Metal Industries environmental policy commits to: Complying with all relevant environmental legislation, regulations and approved codes of practice.
As part of the practice of management philosophy, BHL Metal Industries is committed to leading the industry in minimising the impact of its activities on the environment.
The protection of our environment is the primary importance to BHL Metal Industries. In particular, we are committed to:-

Comply with all applicable environmental law: Section 31 & 37, Akta Kualiti Alam Sekeliling 1974 (Environmental Quality Act 1974) & “Guided Self Regulation", regulations and other requirements agreed upon with interested parties.

Address the issues of protecting and preserving the environment and reducing BHL's impact on the environment through its business activities by:

Reducing the environmental impacts of our products through life cycle thinking

Minimise waste by evaluating operations and ensuring they are as efficient as possible.

Minimise toxic emissions through the selection and use of its fleet and the source of its power requirement.

Actively promote recycling both internally and amongst its customers and suppliers.

Source and promote a product range to minimise the environmental impact of both production and distribution.

Continually work toward improving Environmental Management System through environmental performance evaluation.

Maintain or exceed and communicate this policy throughout our organisation and make it available to all interested parties.
